Ethan started preschool this week. He was so anxious to start "his school" that after much deliberation, we decided to sign him up.
He loves it, and is already the teacher's favorite (she told me today, even though she said she's not supposed to have a favorite).
He seems to be doing well. I was the obnoxious mom lurking around the classroom and peeking in the window at various times during the morning on the first day. He looked like he was having fun, didn't have any trouble going to the restroom on his own, and was happy to go back the second day, so I think this will be a good thing!
Do you like his wrinkled shirt? We were almost late...

What a cutie!
I would never have noticed his wrinkled shirt, if you didn't point it out. I don't think it's that big of a deal. ;)
I would not have noticed either! How exciting it must be to have only one child home for a few hours a day! Girl time!!
He is 150% Glauser! What a cutie pie! Glad he enjoyed school. While reading your post, I wanted to cry thinking about Brett going to kindergarten. I'll TOTALLY be the lurking obnoxious mom staring in the window.
my kids' shirts will always be wrinkled -- your's is so cute no one even notices what he's wearing :)
He is so darling!
It is hard to send them huh? I had such a hard transition letting Jack go to preschool this year.
So wierd how old they are getting. Did you ever even meet Jack? I think you did. He was brand new if so.
Thanks for sharing Mary!
love,
Melanie
How old is Ethan? I've been debating to put Connor in pre-school too...
Here's to a long, illustrious future of being the teacher's favorite!
