We saw Wicked this week. Two years living a stone's throw from Broadway and we had to come all the way to LA to finally see it. It was worth the wait. Seriuosly, so good. We loved it.
Going to a show is such a fun date. We went to dinner, which we planned to have at Benihana but defaulted to a quick stop at Panda Express on the way as to not miss the show due to heavy traffic into LA, and still arrived at the theater in enough time to admire the stars as we walked along the Hollywood walk of fame holding hands.
And since we're on a bit of a Broadway Musical kick right now, this particular star was fitting for our evening (although we weren't seeing one of HIS shows, we're big fans):

Totally Cool. Everyone seems to be seeing "Wicked". I want to see it!
I am sooooooooo jealous. I really want to see that. Maybe I'll have to make Ryan take a trip down to CA. How long is it there, or was it a limited engagement?
That is so funny...my friends just went and saw the same show in LA! They're from Moorpark.
I've heard so many great things about that show! I wonder if it'll come to Seattle... :)
